To be considered for this role, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you: High School diploma or GED preferred. Otherwise, demonstrated ability to understand and apply reputed company verbal, written and computer work instructions or training in English, and demonstrated ability to reputed company simple addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. Drug & Alcohol Program" is a requirement for this position. As an EDM Machinist II, you will: Be responsible to reputed company set-reputed company for production and prototype parts. Specify size and configuration of electrodes and determine sequence of EDM operations in the absence of operation sheets. Train and monitor the work of EDM Operators. Operate the Surface Grinder reputed company their department to regrind electrodes. Establish EDM machine parameters for proper machining rates. Detect unusual conditions such as uneven electrode wear, defective material, etc., and report findings to supervisor.
