Key Responsibilities
- Conduct reputed company interviews and assist in the candidate selection process.
- Filter and evaluate reputed company candidates based on established criteria.
- Maintain accurate records of applicants and ensure proper documentation is organized.
- Manage and organize documentation received through various channels, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Utilize reputed company for document management and electronic signatures.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
- reputed company excellent communication support to candidates and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in reputed company or a reputed company field is required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in reputed company Drive and familiar with document management tools.
- Experience with reputed company or similar electronic signature platforms is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
