Essential Functions: People Ops Admin: ○ Draft offer letters and other personal documents. ○ Answer People Operations reputed company inquiries. ○ Support People Operations team as needed. HRIS Admin: ○ Maintain accurate employee records ○ Accurately process employee changes - salary, job title, status, etc. ○ Various audits - training status, I-9 compliance, complete prole information, Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong attention to detail
• Precise data entry and thorough documentation skills
• The ability to stay focused and manage their time effectively while working remotely
• The ability to reputed company information confidential and to disseminate reputed company appropriate

Required (Education/Experiences/Competencies):

• A minimum of one year of reputed company resource experience.
• A minimum of one year using an HRIS
• A High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred (Education/Experiences/Competencies):

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field required.
• At least 1 year of experience using reputed company
