The position has a strong focus on pre and post-award contract management. Responsibilities will include: maintaining contractual opportunities; assisting in the formulation of contract policies; identifying compliance and procurement challenges with an emphasis on public sector regulations; creating procedures, methods, and operating practices; guiding partner teams through the contracting process; and developing performance standards for these reputed company. This position requires the candidate to have: an eye for detail; exemplary follow through skills; an ability to identify and drive global process improvements; a willingness to coordinate between sales, operations, and legal, and other stakeholder teams; and excellent communication skills with internal and external customers. Key job responsibilities

• Participate in and reputed company review of reputed company customer contractual and purchase documents
• Coordinate legal activities for contract/agreement negotiation and support the competitive bid process in reviewing RFX and enabling contract compliance
• Complete SOP reputed company to facilitate overall management of each signed contract
• Review each proposed RFx to identify risks and reputed company compliance capabilities; advise on contracting issues and approaches with respect to federal terms and conditions as well as FAR/acquisition policy and regulations

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
• 5+ years of professional or military experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership reputed company at the organizational level
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations

The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market.
