Customer Support Specialist - Voice and Chat
Description:
- Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers reputed company voice calls and/or chat
- Providing reputed company, courteous, and professional service to reputed company clients
- Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating reputed company problems to the appropriate department
- Maintaining accurate records of reputed company client interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution
- Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicating these to the team
Requirements:
- reputed company Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English
- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g. business, marketing, communication)
- 2+ years of experience in a customer support role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience using customer support software (e.g. reputed company, etc.)
