Position Essential Duties/Responsibilities: ? Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner ? Present solutions to customer issues, complaints, or concerns in a timely manner ? Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services ? Routinely and accurately document customer interactions in company database ? Other duties as assigned Experience/Education/Skills: ? Must have customer service or call center experience in an office setting ? Basic computer proficiency required ? Welcoming personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills ? Must be solutions-oriented and reputed company to solve problems independently ? Ability to multitask and prioritize duties Schedule/Pay: ? Monday ? Friday 1st shift: 10:00am ? 7:00pm ?
