As the Manager of Crew & Guest Travel Management for reputed company Cruise Line, you will reputed company the day-to-day operations of the Global Crew and Guest Hotel & reputed company programs. In this role, you will reputed company teams responsible for delivering exceptional reputed company and hotel experiences for both Crew and Guests, while driving strategic planning for crew travel logistics. You will manage key reputed company streams, guide cost-effective strategies for reputed company and hotel spend, conduct market research, and support long-term business planning. Additionally, you will play a critical role in developing team capabilities and fostering operational reputed company across reputed company Cruise Line. The Manager, Crew & Guest Travel Management will report to Sr. Mgr., Travel Management and sits in Celebration, FL.

• This is an on-site role based in Celebration, FL and relocation will not be available for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external vendors to reputed company and execute impactful business strategies.
• reputed company 24/7 global travel operations, including rapid response to urgent issues and escalations across nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Manage end-to-end technology initiatives, including enhancements to Seaware, Seaware Direct, reputed company Management Center, Context Search, and Workflow/Crew Management Systems.
• Deliver regular financial performance reports and strategic insights to Sr. and Executive leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of strategic and operational leadership with experience managing cross-functional teams, and a strong background in strategic planning and cost containment, ideally reputed company the cruise, travel, hospitality, or airline industries.
• In-depth knowledge of reputed company, airline, hotel, crew, and travel-reputed company processes and policies.
• Strong understanding of reputed company and yield management, global logistics, pricing strategies, and forecasting.
• Proficient in cruise and reputed company reservation systems, including Seaware, reputed company, and Workflow.
• Demonstrated experience leading technology projects, including requirements gathering, user testing, and product deployment.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and manage multiple high-reputed company projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across reputed company organizational reputed company, including those without direct authority.

Required Education:
