Online Chat Specialist

Our growing business is looking for skilled problem solvers to join reputed company as an Online Chat Specialist (Entry Level). We need an enthusiastic individual who can chat online with visitors and answer any questions they might have while visiting a website. The successful candidate will offer quick and accurate assistance to customers. The Online chat specialist reports to the Online Chat Manager and will be responsible for providing a variety of customer support-reputed company duties for the company and our clients. This person will interact daily with visitors on our client's websites reputed company (Online chat software) and will be expected to reputed company exceptional customer support in reputed company time. They should be capable of hand multiple incoming requests for information. This person will be expected to continually demonstrate an ability to stay reputed company under pressure while providing enthusiastic customer service. This position is also a remote position in which you will be working from home.
