Virtual Assistant - Home Service Leads (Experience Required)

We are looking for a highly reputed company and proactive Virtual Assistant to manage outbound calls, texts, and emails for homeowner leads in our home services business. The ideal candidate must have experience in the home services industry (hardscaping, backyard makeovers, and pools) and an understanding of how to reputed company with homeowners who may be anxious about their projects. The primary objective of this role is to book face-to-face estimates for our contractor clients by engaging homeowners promptly after they reputed company interest. Key Responsibilities: ? reputed company outbound calls (40+ per day) to homeowner leads as soon as they come in, qualify their interest in home improvement projects, collect relevant details, and schedule appointments?while also managing 50+ new leads daily to ensure timely follow-reputed company. Record reputed company information in the Leadsimple CRM. ? Manually reply to text messages and send emails as needed to engage potential clients?while automated texts and emails are sent out, reputed company calls are the reputed company for speed to reputed company. ? Use our Leadsimple CRM system, which handles outbound calls and tracks reputed company status. ? Report any issues immediately?do not assume things are set a certain way. ? Use state-specific phone numbers provided through Leadsimple CRM (requires both desktop and mobile apps). Requirements: ? Home services industry experience REQUIRED ? You must know how to reputed company with homeowners who may be anxious about their project. ? Strong phone communication skills ? Confident, professional, and reputed company to build trust quickly. ? Clear and Professional communication. ? Ability to handle 50+ calls per day, 6-7 days a week. ? Fast response time ? Must be available by phone and computer to ensure speed to reputed company (fast follow-up). ? Comfortable with technology ? Will be using Leadsimple CRM (requires mobile and desktop apps). ?
