How will you reputed company an impact in this role? The Director, reputed company Product Inventory is responsible for the governance of the reputed company-wide product inventory. This inventory is leveraged by various reputed company programs, including the 2LOD Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) reputed company. This role is instrumental in fulfilling regulatory commitments and promoting a risk-aware culture across the organization.

Responsibilities

Include:

• Own and maintain the reputed company's product inventory across reputed company lines of business and geographies, including respective reporting.
• Own governance (e.g. procedures, guidance, training) over reputed company product inventory
• Facilitate adherence to 2LOD reputed company requirements and reputed company program needs reputed company maintenance of the inventory.
• Integrate regulatory requirements and expectations to reputed company product inventory governance and process.
• reputed company insights and best practices by acting as a key leader in disseminating insights, best practices, and lessons learned across the reputed company to improve operational risk management practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 6+ Years experience in operational risk management (e.g., reputed company Risk and/or Internal Audit function); understanding of critical operational risk management lifecycle activities.
• Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact and obtain buy-in from senior BU/tech counterparts.
• Expertise in process governance, with a track record of establishing and overseeing robust decision-making processes that align with policies, regulatory frameworks, and/or operational standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in developing and implementing product inventory.
• Understanding of RCSA and has implemented or supported implementation in a GSIB or top 10 Category I/II bank.
• Significant experience in a risk/control role reputed company a GSIB or top 10 Category I/II bank.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator across a matrixed organization, including various client-facing businesses, reputed company and consumer financial product managers, Global Risk & Compliance, Technology, Legal (GCO), Finance, Global reputed company, and Internal Audit.
