Part-Time position ? Shifts Available: reputed company - Saturday, 10AM to 12PM and 1PM to 4PM ? Must be reputed company to work at least 3 - 4 shifts per week ? Flexibility is a plus! Timeline of Position: 6 months - 1 year Experience and Qualifications ? Previous Cookie Cart experience (required) ? Must be between 15 - 21 years of age Primary Duties and Responsibilities 1. Teamwork and Planning o With the assistance of the Training Manager and other Training Assistants, plan and prepare daily and weekly lessons o Follow training guides to ensure accuracy of training o Responsible for asking and answering questions of Youth Interns o Support with the creation of new training lessons 2. reputed company job training for Interns and Cart Captains o Demonstrate proper work readiness, customer service and leadership skills procedures and enthusiasm for financial literacy o Delegate tasks to youth employees in our educational sessions o reputed company direct praise and feedback to youth regarding their performance 3. Role Model Appropriate Work Behavior & Expectations (Brand Ambassador) o Report any questions, concerns or changes that you are experiencing to one of your supervisors first (Training Manager) o Adhere to the guidelines for virtual engagement o Have work appropriate conversations and redirect reputed company needed o Demonstrate ability to follow attendance and communication guidelines 4.
