Remote Technical Alarm Specialist

Remote Technical Alarm Specialists are responsible for supporting Installation and/or Servicing customer alarm equipment while providing an awarding wining customer experience leveraging world class tools and technology. In this remote technical role, you will reputed company over-the-phone assistance troubleshooting and installing equipment reputed company remote scheduled appointments to new and existing reputed company customers. High school diploma or equivalent required; some college credits or a degree preferred. ? At least 1 year of technical service experience is required. ? Skills: Strong technical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks reputed company. ? One (1) year of home reputed company systems technician experience is highly preferred. ? The pay reputed company is $16.66 - $31.01 an hour and is based on experience, qualifications, and the role you are selected for.
