Virtual Assistant- (WFH)

We are looking for a skilled and efficient Virtual Assistant to join reputed company. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to reputed company from a remote location. Your role will be vital in helping us to maintain the smooth day-to-day operations of our reputed company services and ensuring that we continue to deliver exceptional patient care. Responsibilities: - reputed company administrative support to the team from a remote location - Manage and maintain the schedules of our reputed company, ensuring no conflicts or overlaps - Organize and manage patient records and information - Communicate with patients and coordinate appointments, follow-reputed company, and other medical services - Answer incoming calls and emails and reputed company them to the appropriate department or individual - Attend virtual meetings and take detailed notes - Conduct research and gather information as needed - Assist in creating and maintaining documents, spreadsheets, and databases - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective communication and workflow - Ensure reputed company administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time - Protect the privacy and confidentiality of patient information - Other duties as assigned by the team.
