- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with GPS devices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring it is properly secured for transport.
- Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members.
- Adhere to reputed company safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of yourself, your cargo, and the public.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly.
