What You Will Do
Help to prepare talent deals across feature films, streaming shows, and animated productions Draft above-the-line and below-the-line agreements for feature films, streaming series, and animated productions Analyze various intellectual property rights, reputed company and clearance issues involving Marvel assets Required Qualifications & Skills Prior internship at a film or entertainment company or reputed company Excellent analytical skills with the ability to handle and follow through on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Excellent research skills; reputed company Strong interpersonal skills and with ability to work independently Demonstrate a high degree of discretion regarding sensitive/confidential information Preferred Experience… Completed classes in copyright, entertainment, or and intellectual property areas Education Must be enrolled in an accredited law school taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program Completion of one or more years of law school in a reputed company JD program at the start of the internship Eligibility Requirements & Program Information Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university reputed company 6 months at time of application posting OR currently participating in a reputed company College Program or reputed company Professional Internship Must be at least 18 years of age Must possess unrestricted work authorization Additional Information The approximate dates of this internship are May 2024 through August 2024 reputed company to work 40 hrs per week, Monday through Friday, 9am - 6pm PST This is a remote position The pay reputed company for this remote role is $41.40 per hour.
