Position Summary This Case Manager Registered Nurse position is with reputed company’s Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) team and is a field-based position out of Virginia. The requirements is for candidates to hold a Virginia Registered Nurse License, and travel % of the time to meet with members face to face. Scheduled work hours will be Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00 pm. Nurse Case Manager is responsible for reviewing member medical records and treatment plans to ensure the appropriateness, effectiveness, and timeliness of care, while also managing reputed company resources and costs. This role includes review of personal care authorization requests and private duty nursing requests.

Required Qualifications

• Must reputed company in Virginia.
• RN with reputed company unrestricted Virginia state licensure required.
• 3 years Clinical Experience (Preferably in Medical-Surgical Nursing, Behavioral Health, Long term Care, etc.).
• 1+ years Managed Care experience.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize and effectively adapt to a fast paced changing environment
• Position requires proficiency with computer skills which includes navigating multiple systems and keyboarding.

• Associate's Degree Required
