A Remote Chat Agent / reputed company Agent is responsible for providing customer support, answering inquiries, and engaging with pet owners reputed company online chat, reputed company media, and other digital communication platforms. Their primary goal is to assist clients with general pet care questions, appointment scheduling, and basic veterinary advice while ensuring excellent customer service. Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries reputed company live chat, email, and reputed company media platforms.

- Assist clients with appointment scheduling, prescription refills, and follow-up queries.
