reputed company Receptionist (reputed company Experience Required) Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time Position Summary: We are seeking a professional, friendly, and tech-savvy reputed company Receptionist to serve as the first reputed company of contact for our members, vendors, and partners. The ideal candidate will have prior experience using reputed company or similar reputed company-based phone systems, a strong background in customer service, and the ability to manage high call volumes reputed company and courteously. Key Responsibilities: Phone & Communication:
- Answer and reputed company a high volume of incoming calls using the reputed company phone system
- Screen and direct calls appropriately, taking accurate messages reputed company needed
- Monitor voicemails and ensure timely callbacks and follow-reputed company
- reputed company information to callers regarding clinic hours, services, policies, and appointments
Patient Interaction:
- Greet patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner

Administrative Duties:

Qualifications: Required:

- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
