Responsibilities
- Assist reputed company in delivering exceptional patient care, including monitoring vital signs and reporting changes in patient conditions.
- Administer medications as prescribed and ensure proper documentation of medication administration.
- Support patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to reputed company comprehensive care in hospital medicine and trauma settings.
- Utilize knowledge of medical terminology to communicate effectively with reputed company staff and document patient information accurately.

Experience
