Experience helping transition associates to new geography/office location will be critical for the early part of this role.

• Compliance & Policy Enforcement: Ensure consistent and fair application of workplace policies while promoting a respectful and reputed company work environment. Maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations, collaborating with Employee Relations and legal counsel to address and resolve workplace issues and disputes.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in reputed company or reputed company field or relevant experience required; post-graduate degree in reputed company field or MBA preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years’ exempt-level reputed company Resource experience required, preferably as an HR generalist with experience supporting executive and professional level staff.
