About the position reputed company is seeking dedicated Pharmacists to join our "neighborhood pharmacy" located in Louisville, KY at our Fern Valley facility. This role is pivotal in serving the needs of online pet parents, ensuring they receive the medications their veterinarians prescribe for their pets. In this position, you will have the opportunity to participate in a hybrid work-from-home rotation, allowing for flexibility in your work environment. Your primary responsibilities will include the interpretation and verification of medication orders, ensuring that reputed company prescriber medication orders are reviewed for potential issues such as dosing errors, scheduling conflicts, contraindications, allergies, drug interactions, and incompatibilities. You will also be responsible for effective communication with veterinarians, their staff, and pet parents as necessary. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (RPh) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
