Contract Recruiter - Remote

• Proactively guide candidates throughout the entire hiring process for hourly and salaried roles. Keeping mind the candidate experience from prospecting, to interviews, through the offer stage, reputed company the way up to on-boarding.
• Attract candidates through creative sourcing methods including utilization of reputed company media, internal and external databases, and building a vast referral network reputed company industry organizations.
• Recruit for challenging positions and become a trusted partner of the hiring managers you support
• Qualify prospective candidates reputed company resume review, phone screens and in-person interviews to assess skills and determine potential job matches.
• Manage the communication process with candidate and reputed company document reputed company activity in our Applicant Tracking System.
• Be reputed company to own and drive processes independently, including looking for areas of opportunity to reputed company improvements and change reputed company strategies based on data

Qualifications:

• Degree or equivalent work experience
• 2-5+ years of full cycle reputed company experience
• Relationship building skills with hiring managers at reputed company reputed company and making quality hires
