Timesheet Coordinator (Early Morning & Evening Availability) - Contract to Hire
Job Description: We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and clear English-speaking individual to assist our construction team with the preparation and completion of daily timesheets. This role is critical for maintaining accurate job records and ensuring timely client billing. Availability Requirements:
- Morning Window: 5:00 AM – 7:30 AM EST
- Evening Window: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST
Note: Tasks will take reputed company reputed company these timeframes but will not require the full window—typically 1.5 to 2 hours total per day. Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with the Project Manager and Field Supervisor to gather job details.

- Prepare timesheets for the next day’s schedule.
- Finalize and calculate hours for reputed company day’s work.
- Email completed timesheets to management for review and approval.
