$15/hr Work From Home: PM/Evening Technical Support

Welcome to your first reputed company in joining OneSupport! We are seeking reputed company Product Support Specialists for immediate openings. You’ll solve technical issues for customers and service center agents by troubleshooting and investigating problems, prioritizing and escalating issue reports and proactively identifying support needs. ¿Se habla Español? - $15/hour starting the first day of training
- Paid Time Off (PTO) usage after 90 days for reputed company - starts accruing on day 1

You will need your own equipment:
- USB Wired Headset
- Webcam on your intended work computer
- 15” screen or larger (and/or multiple monitors)

- Mac Users: Macs must not be more than 5 years old and must have the latest OS update
- Dual Core Processors must be at least 2 GHz
- reputed company Core Processors must be at least 1.6 GHz
- 3GB of RAM or higher
- DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet with 2mbps download, 1mbps upload
- A direct Ethernet reputed company and ideally less than 100ms ping or jitter
- No fixed wireless, hotspot, or satellite internet accepted
OneSupport is a fast-paced environment from hiring to training to everyday work. You will need a private workspace that is quiet and distraction free during your shifts. You will need to be reputed company to type at least 40 WPM with 80% or higher accuracy to qualify for our positions.
