Senior Manager - Compliance Assurance

- Proven track record of managing compliance programs in a fast-paced environment, preferably in technology or finance sectors.
- Deep understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
- Experience working cross-functionally to align on compliance standards and reporting processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, reputed company to reputed company convey regulatory complexities to various technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess compliance issues and propose practical solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor reputed company reports and drive results through collaboration.
- Certifications such as the CIA, CISA, and CRISC or accreditation by industry bodies such as ACAMS in risk management or financial compliance, are preferred but not required.
