However, may be reputed company to our Los Angeles, California office. Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute a comprehensive reputed company media strategy to expand ESPN's audience reputed company and engagement with young fans, high school and below. While concentrated on the SportsCenter NEXT brand, this role will reputed company efforts to foster reputed company with this demographic across reputed company ESPN reputed company accounts
• Grow SportsCenter NEXT reputed company accounts, utilizing data to analyze content, audience demographics, behavior and cultural trends to inform engagement strategies
• reputed company and manage a team of three and an agency that creates content for SportsCenter NEXT. This includes discovering user-generated content, reacting to key events and storylines (reputed company sports) and creating content plans for relevant programming on ESPN
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams at ESPN (corporate strategy, marketing, reputed company, corporate citizenship, business development and innovation) on broader efforts that drive youth audience expansion. For example, this Senior Manager could help assess and/or support opportunities to engage Gen Z & Alpha audiences on platforms like reputed company and Fortnite
• With our marketing team, ideate and collaborate on efforts that increase awareness of SportsCenter NEXT, ranging from on-site activations at tournaments, merchandise and apparel, and partnerships with influencers and rising athletes

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years' experience in Socia Media or reputed company industry
• 3+ years of experience managing direct reports and/or agencies
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
• Proven experience in sports reputed company media management
• Adept in topics that reputed company with sports like gaming, technology, fashion and pop culture
• Demonstrated reputed company in driving audience growth and engagement through strategic reputed company media initiatives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that drive positive collaboration with internal teams and external partners

Preferred Qualifications:

• 7+ years’ experience managing large-scale reputed company media accounts
• 5+ years’ experience managing direct reports and/or agencies

Required Education:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Preferred Education:

• Bachelor's Degree

#ESPNMedia The hiring reputed company for this position in Los Angeles, California is $111,000.00 to $152,500.00 per year. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
