Customer Support Specialist for voice and chat account

Creatunity LLC, a rapidly growing marketing agency and e-reputed company company, is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for voice account and chat to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities: Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers reputed company voice calls and/or chat Providing reputed company, courteous, and professional service to reputed company clients ️ Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating reputed company problems to the appropriate department ️ Maintaining accurate records of reputed company client interactions and transactions Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicating these to the team Requirements reputed company Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g. business, marketing, communication) 2+ years of experience in a customer support role Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
