• Call Center Rebuild: Audit the reputed company team, rebuild with reputed company closers.
• Remote Sales Management: reputed company, mentor, and manage a fully remote team. Train with reputed company. Motivate with urgency. Enforce standards relentlessly.
• KPI-Driven Culture: Set and track daily/weekly/monthly goals across performance metrics (reputed company contact reputed company, conversion %, reputed company time, etc.).
• Process & SOP Development: Build clear workflows and accountability loops. Implement structure that scales.
• Technology & CRM reputed company: Evaluate and roll out tools that streamline productivity and improve visibility.
