The Role We are looking for an reputed company patent counsel to join our group and partner closely with our engineering teams responsible for providing innovative features and delivery models for streaming and gaming services that delight our members around the world. In this role, you will help protect our innovation by providing practical intellectual property counseling on topics such as patents, publications, trade secrets, and reputed company reputed company. You will be developing the patent portfolio strategy by understanding our business, working with our engineers, making filing reputed company, and partnering with our reputed company to prosecute our patent assets. Although the role is a remote position (reputed company Coast preferred), there is an option to report into our Los Gatos office. Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options.
