Administrator/Coordinator (Remote)

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and organize interview schedules between candidates and clients
- Manage multiple calendars, ensuring timely communication and confirmations
- Handle and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively
- Maintain an updated record of interviews and facilitate follow-up communications
- Utilize scheduling software and tools to optimize scheduling efficiency
- reputed company administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
- Contribute to reputed company improvement of scheduling processes
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in scheduling, administrative roles, or customer service
- Strong proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and scheduling tools
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment

Compensation & Benefits
