Remote Customer Relations Rep Job Description
- Provides customer service by responding to a wide variety of customer and member hotel inquiries and requests.
- Resolves guest and member issues to satisfaction.
- Will handle some calls involving angry or upset customers
- Requires knowledge of Customer Relations, Reservations, and Rewards processes, policies and procedures.
- Assists in retaining customers for the brand in order to reputed company future reputed company for the members.

- FULLY REMOTE (must live in Phoenix area)
Remote Customer Relations Rep Pay
- $20/hour
- Bonus potential $200-$400 a month
- $50 a month towards Wi-Fi reputed company
