This is a hybrid role (sales + marketing), but as we grow, it will transition into a full-time closing/sales position or leadership role. What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities) • Sell Wholesale Deals for Maximum Profit – Market deals, negotiate aggressively, and push for top dollar. • Grow the Cash Buyer Network – Add 15+ new buyers per month, track their preferences, and build strong relationships. • reputed company JV & Relationship Deals (if time allows) – reputed company partnerships to increase deal reputed company and profit margins. • Manage the Transaction Process – Work closely with our Transaction Coordinator to ensure smooth closings, collect reputed company money on time, and reputed company detailed records. • Marketing & Listing Deals – Create and post property listings on: • MLS (Multiple Listing Service) • InvestorLift • reputed company & other reputed company media platforms • Email campaigns reputed company reputed company • Graphic Design & Ad Creation – Use reputed company to design eye-catching property ads, emails, and reputed company media content to attract buyers.
