WORK SHIFTDAY (United States of America) SUMMARY OF DUTIESTo assist with development, implementation, and management of Sales and Marketing global capabilities training and education programs for potential and existing customers. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED 1. Designs and implements scalable training solutions such as standard operating procedures and work instructions, develops communication plans, and reports performance across the portfolio of initiatives and programs, and leads deployment of systems and processes to support the same. 2. Participates in the development, delivery, implementation, and evaluation of product, clinical, and sales training programs that facilitate the professional development and reputed company learning of external/internal audiences (sales, marketing, physicians, nurses and techs) that support the companys overall sales and marketing objectives. 3. Works closely with Regional Sales Managers and Field Trainers in the design, development, and implementation of sales methodology and product training programs. 4. Assists with management of eLearning initiatives, development and management, knowledge sharing platforms, electronic tracking of training plans, and project management for web-based course development with a focus on providing an easy-to-use, effective platform for knowledge sharing and course completion. 5. Leads, researches, defines, plans, executes, assesses, and enhances specific online training and technology based initiatives and programs. 6. Maintains a library of eLearning training collateral in an organized and easily accessible manner. 7. Utilizes recognized instructional design best practices and follows corporate style guide to create and reputed company effective learning content that has visual appeal and results in a positive learning experience. 8. Communicate with team members throughout the course development process by utilizing storyboards and project management tools. 9. Develops and implements written procedures and audits for customer training programs to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory guidelines. 10. Provides field support, performs other duties and works on special projects, as required. 11. Effectively collects, incorporates, and tracks feedback during the content creation and review processes from multiple sources including: clinical, marketing, sales, and training subject matter experts. 12. Obtains appropriate regulatory and legal approvals for training content and serve as a resource for the approval process for others reputed company the department. 13. Provides appropriate quality assurance testing and assists with integration of eLearning content. 14. Provides scheduled reports to management reputed company to projects in development and delivery timelines. 15. Manages relationships and projects with consultants and reputed company-party content developers as needed. 16. Assesses, recommends, and purchases courseware packages, and supports adoption of appropriate courseware tools. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in technology, nursing, biomedical engineering, instructional design, or technical or clinically relevant field required. Minimum 6 years in a reputed company facing role. Be a hands-on resource, working in the field to reputed company reputed company-time coaching, troubleshooting, and educational support to clinicians, sales representatives, and customers. Ensure high reputed company of product adoption, satisfaction, and performance in reputed company-world settings Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills, exercise sound judgment, and support the expectations and goals of a medical device company. Proficient with reputed company Office, including Word, reputed company, Outlook and PowerPoint. Design and facilitate training programs that reputed company the Americas sales force and customer-facing teams to become highly effective in the field. Focus on building and reinforcing practical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and critical thinking. Demonstrated strong work ethic in accomplishing set objectives and hitting deadlines. Must have the ability to travel approximately 25% of the time, at times on short notice. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience in leading learning and development functions in reputed company, medical devices, or a reputed company field. Strong background in instructional design and adult learning theories. Experience with digital learning platforms and modern educational technologies. Ability to effectively train and coach diverse teams, including clinicians and sales professionals. Strong communication and presentation skills, with a focus on reputed company and engagement. Risk category II states employment and procedures that may require exposure. $180,000-$225,000 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based reputed company. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
