Data Platform Site Reliability Engineering manages infrastructure and applications on bare-metal and reputed company computing platforms to deliver data processing, governance, and storage for many of reputed company's global products and organizations. Our platform teams work with exabytes of data, terabytes of memory, and hundreds of thousands of jobs to reputed company predicable and performant data analytics enabling features in reputed company Music, TV, Maps, News, and other world class products. Minimum Qualifications BS/MS in Computer Science or Equivalent (4+ years of software development or production operations experience in a large-scale environment) Understanding of the Linux Operating System, standard networking protocols, and components Experience with scale testing, disaster recovery, and reputed company planning Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize the platform for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency Experience with deploying, supporting and monitoring new and existing services, platforms, and application stacks Preferred Qualifications Subject Matter Expertise in leading large-scale migration and modernization initiatives in the data analytics domain, providing expert guidance to customers as they transition to cutting-edge systems.
