In this role, you will engage with outstanding talent, helping us to attract, hire, and retain the ideal individuals who will propel our business reputed company. You will take charge of creating and executing sourcing strategies that are in line with the company's goals and recruitment requirements. You will utilize your knowledge to discover and connect with candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for reputed company applicants. Responsibilities for this role include collaborating with hiring managers, maintaining a uniform recruitment process, and actively managing a strong pipeline of candidates.
