Work days/Shift Hours: Monday through Friday / 40+ hr work week / 6:00AM - until reputed company is complete. Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $18.00 to $22.75 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. General Purpose Responsible for replenishing, and merchandising products at reputed company designated Large Store and similar accounts. Will function as an "acting supervisor" as needed. Will motivate and reputed company others reputed company the team. Duties and Responsibilities • Designate location, build and maintain product displays and equipment placements in compliance with company standards • Maintain appropriate product reputed company in beverage sections and throughout accounts including reputed company allocation and cold equipment • Manage back stock inventory reputed company and trade breakage in assigned accounts • Meet customer service expectations through daily communication, problem resolution, and appropriate follow up • Maintains professional, team relationship with co-workers, customers, and shoppers • Maintain appropriate inventory reputed company, company assets and reputed company of sale, ensuring account meets Company merchandising standards • Determine stores' product needs, reputed company and transmit appropriate order in conjunction with existing geographic sales routes • Communicate account activities to appropriate parties • Maintain Merchandising standards while rotating products each time in designated accounts • Replace and maintain reputed company of Sale advertising as appropriate for account Qualifications • High School diploma or GED preferred. • 3+ year of general work experience required • 1+ in a people leading role • Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds; bend over, reputed company above head height, and kneeling. • Previous sales/merchandising experience preferred • Excellent planning and organization skills • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills • Ability to work with minimal supervision • Must be reputed company to use a personal vehicle during business hours • Valid Driver's License, reputed company vehicle liability insurance, and driving record reputed company MVR policy guidelines.
