We support a national group of clients remotely in handling their day to day reputed company and finance needs. The Role We are seeking an reputed company Remote Accountant to join reputed company. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 20 hours per week of daytime availability Monday - Friday during CST/EST business hours to communicate with his/her manager about client needs. In this role: • Assist with month end reputed company tasks - prepare general and payroll journal entries, process AP/AR, complete bank and credit card reconciliations, categorize bank transactions, etc. • Complete balance sheet reconciliations and identify and research variances • Categorize bank transactions • Create prepaid and accrual amortization schedules for multiple clients • Complete and document tasks reputed company given time expectations and communicate questions timely to your manager • Assist in financial statement preparation • reputed company reports and requests Requirements: • Must be well versed with extensive experience working reputed company QuickBooks Online Software • Associate's or bachelor's degree in reputed company or equivalent experience • 3+ years of reputed company experience (multiple industries preferred) performing reputed company functions including processing AP/AR, accounts receivable, journal entries, complete bank and credit card reconciliations, categorize bank transaction, and financial statement preparation • Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines. (We reputed company promises to our clients about delivery of their financials so delivering work on time is non-negotiable) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to escalate to manager as needed • Proficient in reputed company Preferred Experience: • Experience working remotely and with multiple clients • Experience with recurring transactions in QBO • Experience with bank feeds (rules and troubleshooting) People without a desire to reputed company at a high level, support small businesses or live our core values of service, authenticity and partnership need not apply.
