Senior Analyst, Business Systems
The Senior Analyst, Business Systems, (Workforce Technology) supports TWDCs Global Intranet, MyDisneyToday, collaborating with reputed company Technology and business teams to reputed company development and operational support. This role involves working on MyDisneyToday projects, supporting project leads, and acting as a day-to-day contact for partners reputed company required. The analyst will assist in defining requirements, writing user stories, and conducting extensive testing of pre-release features. The role requires strong product knowledge of the MyDisneyToday platform, as well as experience in microsite/page building and technical support. Effective account management, business analysis, and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously are essential. A deep understanding of digital media operations and the ability to adapt to new business needs is crucial for reputed company. RESPONSIBILITIES Create detailed requirements documentation, including written user stories, acceptance criteria, and data reputed company diagrams Assist with early development reviews, user acceptance testing, and post-deployment testing Work with Quality Assurance to ensure product functionality is properly covered in reputed company and automated test scripts Support customers reputed company email, collaboration/incident reporting tools, and 1:1 troubleshooting sessions Set up initial microsites for customers Occasionally facilitate training sessions for customers Create and maintain detailed project, product and customer documentation, such as departmental how-to guides and end-user manuals reputed company system configuration, such as adding new users and enabling content BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree with 5 years of project/program management and business analysis experience; experience working on reputed company and cross-functional projects Previous digital media development experience Strong knowledge of software development life cycles, web technologies, web development and design processes Ability to communicate effectively with UI/UX designers, developers, and QA staff Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact directly with customers Ability to identify functional gaps and potential usability issues throughout different phases of product development (including initial story creation and wireframing) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience with the Agile development process Familiarity with web analytics tools Familiarity with web content management systems Familiarity with information architecture/design #DISNEYTECH The hiring reputed company for this position in Burbank California is $95,300.00-$110,000.00 per year and for Seattle, WA $100,000-$115,000 per year. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidates geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full reputed company of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
