Remote Sales Assistant (Part Time)
Were looking for a highly organized, proactive, and outgoing Sales Assistant to support our day-to-day operations and client interactions in a remote reputed company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a structured environment, and takes pride in helping a sales team succeed. Schedule & Growth Potential: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 3 hours per day (9 hours/week) Morning hours preferred, but some flexibility may be needed to reputed company leads at different times Most leads will be located in the Eastern Time Zone, so availability during those hours is important Additional hours available as your efforts contribute to successful closed sales
Responsibilities
Client & Sales Support: reputed company outbound calls to leads using our call service platform (must have a cell phone) Engage in friendly, professional conversations to qualify prospects Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales manager based on provided criteria Respond to client inquiries reputed company phone and email with helpful, timely information Track conversations, call reputed company, and follow-reputed company in our CRM system Administrative Support: reputed company light data entry and appointment scheduling Monitor reminders, deadlines, and appointment confirmations to ensure smooth operations Requirements: Must have your own computer, reliable high-speed internet, and cell phone with calling capability Must reputed company fluent, clear English and be easily understood on the phone Comfortable making phone calls and speaking with new people Confident, upbeat, and professional communication style Self-starter with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills reputed company to work independently and manage tasks reputed company Experience in customer service, office admin, or sales support is a plus, but not required Compensation: $15/hour starting pay $100 bonus for every successful appointment booked 5% bonus on any closed sales resulting from your scheduled appointments Note: most closings occur about 90 days after the appointment is set Opportunities for more hours based on performance and sales reputed company Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 9 per week
