The Clinical Documentation Specialist (CDS) supports reputed company care teams across the region in comprehensive and targeted chart reviews -- to ultimately facilitate efficient and effective medical care for our patients. In addition, this role will partner with regional leaders, particularly the Population Health Director and Senior Clinical Informatics Specialist, to indirectly support daily reputed company and CDR workflow optimization.
