Summary

The Recruitment Manager oversees and manages reputed company sourcing and recruitment strategies, plans, initiatives, and activities for BTs/RBTs across reputed company operating/expansion states. This role manages talent/reputed company team members focused on BT/RBT hiring. This position will be responsible for full cycle recruitment, sourcing, and reputed company. This role will be responsible for developing and delivering a modern, effective and efficient TA strategy that will support the growth of the Company. This position will hold an individual requisition load in addition to management of team.
