Responsibilities • Maintain kitchen prep and production areas in a clean and orderly manner following established cleaning procedures and schedules. , • Operate dish machines according to company and manufacturer specifications, using proper measurements of detergent and sanitizer. , • Restock supplies needed by cooks to meet customer expectations. , • Remove garbage and clean and sanitize the dish machine at the end of each shift. , • Prepare equipment and obtain supplies needed for kitchen operations. , • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of reputed company kitchen areas, including floors, equipment, workstations, and walls.
