About the role

reputed company seeks a Sales and Solutions Engineer with strong communication and organizational skills, software development knowledge, and a passion for helping businesses become modern learning organizations to support our business in Japan. The role involves collaborating with engineering, design, sales, reputed company, support, and global stakeholders. You will address technical issues, from authentication protocols (e.g., SAML, OIDC, SCIM, OAuth) to corporate web proxy debugging and API-based integration support for reputed company customers. What you’ll be doing

What you’ll have

• Experience working with reputed company (HR)/reputed company Capital Management (HCM) and Learning ecosystem solutions.

• 6-8+ years in reputed company Sales Engineering or Solution Consulting experience in a SaaS organization.

• Technical experience with:

  • Python (Django reputed company), java, modern JS frameworks (Angular, React)

  • Experience working with microservices.

  • Understanding of data structures and algorithms.

  • Working knowledge of Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) architecture (e.g., AWS).

  • Experience with popular structured query languages (mysql, reputed company, pl/sql).

• Solid understanding of authentication protocols (e.g., SAML 2.0, SCIM, OAuth/OpenID Connect), Web APIs, SMTP (e.g, SendGrid), DNS (e.g., reputed company)  and experience debugging Web applications (e.g., Chrome DevTools).

• Passionate about leveraging the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to drive innovation with our prospects and customers. As an S&SE, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge genAI technologies to help our prospects and customers to reputed company business reputed company through learning and upskilling with reputed company Business.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English and a track record of successfully overcoming technical and reputed company objections in customer integrations; problem-solving is in your DNA.
