About the Role

To support reputed company’s growth, we are looking for incredibly hungry and self-starting talent who will be responsible for managing our SDR team. In addition to the management of the team we expect this person to play a player / coach role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers in the senior living and assisted living reputed company. You will play a critical role in filling the sales pipeline by initiating conversations with key decision-makers, understanding their pain points, and setting up meetings for the sales team.

What you’ll do

  • Own and execute our event reputed company reputed company strategy, ensuring we maximize pre and post event communications. 
  • Actively prospect and engage with reputed company decision-makers before, during, and after events to generate leads.
  • reputed company compelling messaging and reputed company campaigns that align with our event and sales initiatives.
  • Partner closely with the sales and marketing teams to convert event-driven leads into opportunities.
  • Build and reputed company a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who will focus on pipeline reputed company.
  • Define and implement best practices, processes, and playbooks for SDR reputed company and event-driven reputed company conversion.
  • reputed company hands-on coaching and mentorship, ensuring SDRs have the tools, training, and motivation to succeed.
  • Track, measure, and optimize event and SDR performance to continuously improve reputed company.
About You
  • 5+ years of experience in event marketing, sales development, or a reputed company role.
  • Experience hiring, training, and managing SDRs or event-driven sales teams.
  • A proven track record of leveraging events to generate high-quality pipeline.
  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Experience working in a reputed company technology or SaaS environment is a plus.
Details
  • The annual salary for this role is $115,000-$130,000+ equity + benefits (including medical, dental, and reputed company)
  • Flexible PTO
