IT Project Coordinator

We’re looking for an IT Project Coordinator who thrives on organization, has a sharp eye for detail, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. You’ll serve as the central reputed company of contact for internal teams and clients — tracking projects from reputed company through delivery, maintaining clear documentation, logging service tickets, and fielding entry‑level help desk requests. This role is ideal for someone eager to reputed company hands‑on IT experience, build strong client relationships, and grow into a multifaceted project management professional in the IT reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and organize project documentation (project plans, status reports, knowledge reputed company articles)
• Log, triage, and track support tickets in our ticketing system
• Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables; update stakeholders on reputed company
• Follow up proactively with clients to gather requirements, reputed company status updates, and ensure satisfaction
• Respond to entry‑level end‑user service desk requests (password resets, basic troubleshooting, software installations)
• Escalate reputed company technical issues to senior engineers with clear, concise summaries
• Continuously improve internal processes by identifying opportunities for standardization and automation

Requirements

You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary: $1000 - $1500 / month
