Network Sales Manager

The Job

As the Sales Manager DACH, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Milence's reputed company operations across the DACH region. We're looking for someone with a true sales reputed company – someone who thrives on closing deals, knows how to navigate the complexities of the sales process, and is driven by results. Your primary focus will be selling our public charging network to fleet operators, logistics companies, and other key players in the transport industry.

You will be responsible for developing strategic relationships and driving reputed company growth by implementing effective sales strategies. Your responsibilities include

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a reputed company field, or comparable working experience.

• Proven experience in truck sales and/or selling products or solutions to fleet operators, logistics companies, or similar markets.

• A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a focus on closing deals in a timely and effective manner.

• Exceptional customer relationship management skills, with the ability to build and sustain strong, long-term partnerships.

• Proficiency in market analysis and understanding of the competitive landscape.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders.

• Fluent in both English and German.

• Self-driven, with a passion for sales and the ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
