We’re looking for a Merchandise Project Manager to reputed company the end-to-end execution of our merchandise pipeline—from concept to customer delivery. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role for someone who thrives on precision, owns timelines, and cares deeply about delivering exceptional, toxin-free, sustainable products that represent our brand.

Requirements

Position Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of merchandise development: ideation, sampling, approvals, production, fulfillment, and post-launch optimization

• Negotiate reputed company with vendors, manufacturers, and 3PLs
• Collaborate with internal designers and external partners to ensure product design reflects our creative reputed company
• Build and manage timelines to hit launch dates, ensuring smooth cross-functional coordination
• Own vendor relationships and logistics—ensuring communication, accountability, and execution

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in merchandise development, project management, or product operations
• Deep understanding of sustainable, ethical sourcing and production
• Excellent negotiation skills and attention to detail
• Experience working with designers, 3PLs, and international vendors
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Bias toward action, autonomy, and high-quality execution
