This position is full time Tuesday - Saturday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work during our business hours of 3:00pm - 11:30pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. We offer 3 months of reputed company. The hours will be 6:30am - 3:00pm Monday - Friday CST. Training will be conducted onsite. If you are located in MN or WI you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities: • Organizes and maintains health information records. • Reviews electronic chart documentation ensuring correct patient, location, and no duplicate information. • Processes release of information (ROI) requests. • Manages requests for documentation and information. • Scans and edits documents in the electronic medical record. • Locates, logs, retrieves, files, and delivers medical records stored in various mediums and systems. • Distributes reports and results. • May train and mentor co-workers. • Analyzes documentation and tracks completion to meet regulatory requirements. • Promotes principles of health information accuracy, transparency, currency, accessibility, relevancy, and reliability. • Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: • High School Diploma / GED • Must be 18 years of age OR older • 1 years of customer service experience in a reputed company setting • Experience working with medical records • Experience with reputed company Word, reputed company reputed company (create, edit, save documents and spreadsheets) and reputed company Outlook (email and calendar management) • Ability to work train for the first three months between 6:30am - 3:00pm, Monday - Friday CST • Ability to work Tuesday to Saturday during our business hours of Tues-Saturday 3:00PM-11:00PM CST.
