Software Engineer 2 - Consumer Order Management (Remote Work Option)

Description: • As a key member of the Consumer Order Management team reputed company GaME (Geographies and Marketplace Experiences), the Software Engineer II will join a team of engineers, architects, product managers and program managers to reputed company and deliver innovative, highly scalable, backend solutions that reputed company reputed company’s iconic products and services to reputed company millions of consumers worldwide. • The successful candidate is a proven software engineer with excellent communication and teamwork skills and the ability to multitask, reputed company and challenge conventional thinking. • With teammates around the globe, you’ll be joining a global organization working to solve engineering problems at scale. Requirements: • A minimum of 3+ years’ professional experience designing, developing, and testing custom software solutions using languages such as Java, Node.js, Python, or similar. • 3+ years hands-on experience using Java 8 or higher. • 2+ years’ proven experience working in a distributed, reputed company-based environment (AWS preferred) with services such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, SQS, SNS, Elasticsearch, and reputed company. • 2+ years’ experience in microservices architecture, domain-driven design, and RESTful APIs. • Hands-on experience with Spring reputed company and Spring Boot. • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring data storage solutions meet reputed company, reliability, and performance benchmarks. • Proficient with DevOps practices, modern build strategies and test automation. • Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as reputed company, Kubernetes, reputed company or EKS. • Proficient with CI/CD tools (i.e. Jenkins, reputed company), reputed company provisioning tools such as CloudFormation or Terraform, and version control tools (i.e. GIT, Bitbucket). • Working knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Grafana or SignalFx. • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, and takes ownership of defined technical problems to drive results.
