Position Summary This position is responsible for member facing reputed company to support Medicare Part D Stars initiatives nationally. Responsibilities include research and review of member history, assisting members with obtaining refills, setting up automatic refill processes to help member remain adherent with maintenance medications. Additionally, this position is responsible for screening orders, research, and review of prescription overrides, accurately and reputed company reading, interpreting, and entering prescriptions into the computer system in a timely fashion, and/ or thinking through and solving escalated prescription issues. Through your skills and knowledge, you will offer solutions needed to help simplify the customer health care experience. Areas of focus for Pharmacy Technicians may include outbound calls, inbound calls, entering patient and prescription information into our system, and faxing physicians for prescription clarification, substitutions, and formulary changes.
